Property Management Lead

Target (2022- 2023)

Property Management was not a new challenge but this job expanded my skill set and challenged me in many ways. I successfully managed and executed multiple large-scale projects, totaling over $10 million in assets. Additionally, my day to day responsibilities included repairing both planned and emergency assets in the store,  leading business walks with area leaders to ensure maximum profitability, and ensuring overall safety within all areas. By implementing cost-saving strategies and optimizing operations, I contributed to a significant reduction in expenses, saving the company over $1.8 million. I was routinely recognized for my excellence in this role by upper management and after 6 months I was promoted to train new team members.

House Director 

Delta Zeta Sorority (2021- 2022)

I directly oversaw all aspects of the property to ensure a safe living/working environment for over 20 college students and 5 staff, while promptly taking care of any concerns. Day to day operations included conducting regular maintenance checks, procuring necessary supplies, and maintaining open communication with residents, staff, vendors, and visitors. Additionally, I planned, coordinated, and oversaw the preparation of meals for up to 80 people 5 days a week

Social Media Specialist 

Centers Social (2020- 2021)

I increased brand visibility and engagement by creating and sharing high-quality content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business. On a daily basis, I managed incoming messages on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business while consolidating and streamlining clients portfolios across platforms. Additionally, I Enhanced brand image through visually appealing designs created using Canva, PromoRepublic, Over, and Prequal. We utilized social media scheduling tools on Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite to optimize content delivery and reach. Occasionally, I would aid the company on trips to connect with clients and gather content for to use on their brand pages.

Telethon Manager 

Eureka College (2019- 2020)

The Eureka College telethon is a key way for the Alumni and Development office to connect students to Alumni and raise money for the institutional needs. As a telethon caller, I exhibited this by effectively calling to revise contact information, informing Alumni of current campus events, and securing numerous large donations. I was promoted to student manager for the telethon within 3 months. Under my leadership, my team raised over $10,000 in less than 6 weeks through a targeted campaign. In addition, I managed the schedule for up to 8 callers, dealt with attendance/performance issues and trained 4 new callers.

Admissions Ambassador 

Eureka College (2017- 2019)

The Admissions Ambassador program at Eureka College provides essential face-to-face interactions between current students and prospective students. While I was part of the Admission Ambassador team, I guided informative tours, spoke on panels about campus life, and connected with prospective students (via emails, phone calls, postcards, and social media).  I loved seeing people go from prospective students to peers on campus.

Midland Institute (2016-2017)

CEO (Creating  Entrepreneurial Opportunities) is a program in Southern Illinois giving high school students the ability to create their own businesses in hopes of promoting new business ventures in the community. Through mentorships, business visits, and class speakers; I was able to own and operate a own successful business, pay off her class business loan to make a profit, and gain invaluable business skills.
